Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable, less administrative charge of $65.00, provided written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation of a rental stay of one month or more must be at least 60 days prior to the arrival. Cancellation made after the time period, will be subject to loss of deposit and payment of accommodation period unless we are able to replace your reservation for the full term. This includes not staying at your rented property after you check-in. The reservation/breakage deposit withheld for the reservation will be returned within 3-4 weeks from departure. We reserve the right to substitute comparable apartments when necessary. No RV's, boats and/or trailers permitted in parking lots. Sorry, No Pets.

Deposits: Note: A $200.00 reservation/breakage deposit in U.S. currency (personal checks are accepted) is required with reservation, a $400.00 reservation/ breakage deposit is required for rental stays of one month or more. Rates are based on four-person occupancy. If condominiums and/or owners allow additional persons, the extra charge is $45.00 per person, per week. All accommodations are subject to a sales/bed tax. All accounts payable in U.S. funds. NO CREDIT CARDS. Personal checks accepted. Payment in full is do 40 days prior to arrival. Accommodations are professionally cleaned prior to check-in, then again after you check-out. Maid service available at additional cost, paid in advance.
Other Policies: All rates listed are weekly. Discount of 5% off weekly rates for stays of 4 weeks or more, listed monthly minimum properties already discounted. Interior furnishings vary in each apartment or cottage. Certain rates may be higher due to demand, availability and owner pricing.
