Local Rules and Regulations
Property Owners are responsible for the investigating and adhering to all local regulations including,

Property Sold/ New ownership of property

by the original advertiser. It is the responsibility of the original advertiser to contact Swfl4rent.com and
notify all changes.

Any sale of a Swfl4rent.com listing which is advertised for sale or which we determine has been sold is subject
to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund.
One Property per listing
Swfl4rent.com allows only one property be listed per webpage. Each and every property listed on Swfl4rent.com
must have an individual listing and web page. Advertisement of multiple properties on single listings is
prohibited. If Swfl4rent.com determines that a single listing has multiple properties, a fee shall be applied
for each property and a new listing will be created.
Personal Information Submitted On Swfl4rent.com
Any and all personal information submitted to Swfl4rent.com is intended for the sole use by Swfl4rent.com.
Any personal information submitted will never be sold to third parties or sent for the use of unsolicited
commercial email. Swfl4rent.com reserves the right to cancel any membership (without refund) that mentions
Swfl4rent.com or any of is associated websites in SPAM email messages. Swfl4rent.com reserves all rights to
determine what constitutes as SPAM email.
Photographs Submitted On Swfl4rent.com
All photographs submitted and used on Swfl4rent.com are original and true to its form. They must be legally
owned and rights of the pictures must be with the current listing member. If pictures taken are
professional, all copyrights and a written submission of legal use will be needed as verification for
authenticity of photographs. A rating of “g” will be applied and judged to all pictures on Swf4rent.com.
Swfl4rent.com assumes and obtains the right to remove any photograph deemed to be inappropriate.
